Our aim is to get the items delivered within 30 to 120 minutes from the time the customer makes the order.
i. After the customer places the order either through the website (mygrogo.com) or the Mygrozo app., they will receive the update about their order processing status and the shipment status, till it gets delivered.
ii. It is the responsibility of the customer to count and check all the products while accepting the Products as per your Order. No dispute will be entertained by Grozo Enterprises LLP once the delivery of the products is accepted at the delivery point.
iii. The Customer will have to accept the product without demur in the following circumstances:
a. If the products delivered are in accordance with the order, or
b. Loose Fruits and Vegetables with minor weight variation due to moisture loss
We request to check all the Products at the time of delivery. Complaint pertaining to short weight will not be entertained, if the complaint is not lodged immediately on delivery.
2. Shipping Charges:
Delivery charge will be calculated and intimated to the customer during the order checkout. It will be calculated on the basis of the order value and the distance from the shop to the mentioned delivery point. However, Grozo Enterprises LLP, may run certain promotions / offers or prescribe minimum order value for each transaction to waive the delivery charges.
3.Order Tracking:
Once the Order is Successfully placed by the customer either through the website (mygrogo.com) or the Mygrozo app and it is been accepted by the Vendor, the customer will receive the update about their order processing status and the shipment status, till it gets delivered at their mentioned delivery point.
The customer will receive an Order ID for every order, through which they can track the order processing and shipment online. They will also time to time get notifications on their registered mobile number.
Also in the website they can check the order status trough a real-time ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM.
4. Order-Splitting:
Sometimes we may not be in a position to deliver an order to a particular location due to the nature of the product, its availability or due to any service limitations of our delivery boys. In such cases, the customer will be informed about the same and the customer will have to give a different delivery points within our serviceable area.

Our services are currently available within the Coimbatore City limits only.
